Choose the edge before choosing the white
The best trim for Classic Gray depends on the fixed whites and the amount of contrast you want. Compare a close boundary with a clearer outline before selecting a named white. Classic Gray's lightness makes subtle separation its useful role; demanding a strongly outlined gray wall would suggest a different brief.
Pale limestone and white trim can leave little value contrast, so the decision may be about whether a second neutral is needed at all.
Put the trim sample in its real orientation
Hold the trim strip vertically against Classic Gray at the baseboard and door casing positions. Include the ceiling white if it will remain.
